About the Model Policy
This draft model open data policy with sectional guidelines is a product of an open data policy stakeholder co–creation workshop held in Nairobi that brought together, national and sub–national governments, civil society organizations, private sector, academia and researchers from Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda and Sierra Leone to conceptualize what an open data policy would look like.
